Dr Natura Colonix Review

Colonix is a colon cleanse produced by Dr Natura and is one of the most well recognized colon cleansers on the market. Colonix is basically a fiber based supplement that cleanses your colon of harmful toxins, impacted fecal matter, and intestinal parasites that are clogged inside of your large intestines. But does this cleanser work as well as Dr. Natura claims, or is it just a bunch of hype?

Colonix Ingredients

The main ingredient inside of this cleanse is an ingredient called Pysllium Husk which is a common additive in over-the-counter laxatives and fiber supplements such as Metamucil and Effersyllium. Psyllium Husk is a bulk agent that absorbs water and bulks up once it's inside of your intestines. When it bulks up inside of your colon, it expands and grabs a hold of impacted fecal matter that is stuck on the walls of your colon.

Our Thoughts on Dr. Natura's Colonix

• One of the things that we noticed during this Colonix review is that alot of the web sites that are promoting Dr Natura are actually affiliates of the company. This means that they make a commission if any of their visitors purchase the product from their web site. This means that alot of the web sites out there recommending Colonix are actually biased and their opinions should be taken with a great of salt.
• In our opinion, Dr. Natura's Colonix is a little over priced at $88 for only one month of cleansing. We believe that this system is a little too complicated and over-priced for colon cleansing beginners.
• When we looked at many of their customer reviews, a lot of people felt that it was too "life-altering" in the sense that you can only eat certain foods, and you must drink a certain amount of water. Too much or too little water can cause problems within your body, such as constipation and headaches. Colon cleansing shouldn't be as complicated as Colonix makes it out to be.

Product Label

There is over 40 different ingredients inside Dr. Natura's Colonix. We believe that they are overdoing it a little bit by adding so many ingredients. Their product label might look impressive, but it's possible that the combination of these 40 ingredients might be the reason why some customers are complaining about side effects. There is also a small label on the product that says that there is not a FDA compliance statement.

Side Effects of Dr Natura's Colonix

After reading customer reviews and complaints, we noticed that many of the users were complaining about headaches, constipation, cramps, and bloating. That's kind of ironic since the whole point in taking Colonix is in order to get rid of some of those symptoms.

Overall, we feel that Colonix is just another over-hyped colon cleanse includes a high price tag to make up for its huge advertising budget. The Dr. Natura web site is pretty impressive, but we don't believe that Colonix works as well as other colon cleansers that are much cheaper. The side effects have been a common theme of customer complaints from this product. In our opinion, there are a couple other colon cleanses that are alot cheaper, and will produce better results without all the undesired side effects. Dr Natura's Colonix is too complicated by only allowing you to eat certain foods, only drink certain amounts of water, etc….
