Colon Flow works by using 11 ingredients to stimulate the bowels to evacuate. When you aren't using the bathroom regularly then you are putting yourself at risk for sickness and sluggishness. The Colon Flow product should be used for 7 days. Most people start by taking 2 pills in the evening then increase their dosage each day. This product is designed to be taken with a break between cycles. While the site claims that the formula doesn't irritate your bowels, the truth is , every ingredient used irritates the bowels to forcibly evacuate.

Cascara Sagrada Bark, Cape Aloe, Psyllium Seed, Psyllium Husk, Ginger, Apple Fruit Pectin, Slippery Elm, Barberry, Garlic, Fennel, Cayenne, are the ingredients used in their special blend. These are essentially a bunch of fibrous materials that can be obtained in a much easier fashion.

The company also states that a healthy diet is recommended to see further results.

Pros:

• There really aren't any pros to this product, unless you consider the inferior "natural" ingredient list.

Cons:

• Colon Flow contains too many cheap ingredients that are the same in every pill. This product isn't a true colon cleanse, it's more of a laxative than anything.
• It costs $39 for a 1 month bottle, far too much for such cheap ingredients.
• Colon Flow suggests you should take it in 7 day cycles regularly. This is dangerous and harmful, and also increases dependency. This is extremely risky behavior and should not be done.

While colon cleanses are safe once in awhile, they are not designed to be consumed often or regularly like Colon Flow suggests.

This product seems like it's just another made for TV gimmick. There isn't any substantial evidence supporting the quality or effectiveness of the pills. Reviews are weak and dismal, and the product simply costs too much in our opinion.
